liburl-dispatcher1 software package provides library for sending requests to the url dispatcher, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liburl-dispatcher1
liburl-dispatcher1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liburl-dispatcher1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liburl-dispatcher1 *
